As the Principal of KHH & Associates Lawyers, Kristel brings over 15 years of commercial and financial services experience from roles at major banks, regulatory bodies, and as a contractor for top-tier law firms. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-volume and complex commercial contracts and transactional agreements, often under tight deadlines, including managing large portfolios of contracts for major institutional, corporate and government-related clients while ensuring favourable commercial outcomes and maintaining strong relationships.
This depth of experience puts her in good stead to serve and support the SME business sector, where practical, clear and implementable advice is essential. She leads the practice with a practical, common-sense approach, combining legal technical accuracy with clear, business-focused communication.
Kristel prides herself on delivering advice that clients can readily understand, operationalise and implement, enabling them to protect their interests, minimise their liability, and focus on driving growth and profitability.
